Join us this Fall as we read George Orwell's 1946
novel Animal Farm. Animal Farm was written as
an allegorical tale about the Russian Revolution (1917).
Throughout the semester we will meet to discuss the
various themes of this novel, such as power, pride,
corruption, propaganda, indifference, revolution,
ignorance, greed, and satire.
Please check out the schedule of events for Discussion locations/dates/times.
This year's book club is sponsored by the SKYCTC QEP Committee. Their financial contribution provided for the purchase of copies of Animal Farm to be given away at our kickoff events.
