Kentucky Reads is a program started by KY Humanities in 2018 to encourage reading across Kentucky. A book and/or author with a Kentucky connection is selected annually. Kentucky Humanities is an independent, nonprofit affiliate of the National Endowment for the Humanities in Washington, D.C. dedicated to telling Kentucky's stories covering culture, heritage, arts, and more.
