Welcome!

This guide has been developed as an introduction to information resources for the MLA Citation Style.  MLA is most often used in the humanities, particularly literature and languages, although it may be used in other fields as well.  It is most important to consult your professor and/or assignment prompt to determine which citation style you must use.

If you are taking an English course, your textbook will likely provide additional citation information.
