What is Math Anxiety?

This is called math anxiety, and if it happens to you, you’re not alone: Researchers think about 20 percent of the population suffers from it. So what’s going on? And can it be fixed? Combat Math Anxiety

In this TEDx Talks video, Dr. Katie Nall has found that the emotional freedom technique (EFT), or tapping, can reduce stress and anxiety from her students, which resulted in higher math grades. 

Help with Test Anxiety

Meditation or mindfulness can help reduce stress and test anxiety. It requires you to slow your breathing and to be in the present moment. In this video, Khan Academy provides a guided mediation as a tool to help reduce test anxiety.
